Full Time | Established Local Business

Join a long-established business where accuracy, teamwork and good people matter

LTS Equipment has been supporting Australian industry since 1981, providing quality equipment and reliable service across forklifts, EWP's, professional cleaning equipment, pallet racking and warehousing solutions. We are a practical, down-to-earth business that values good people, strong teamwork and genuine customer support.

We are looking for a full-time Invoicing & Administration Officer to join our Albury team.

This is an important role within our business and would suit someone who is organised, confident with numbers and systems, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working as part of a busy team.

You'll work closely with our Service, Parts and Rental teams to ensure completed work is invoiced accurately and promptly, customer requirements are met and our administration runs smoothly.

About the role

A major part of the role is reviewing completed service and repair jobs before invoicing. You'll make sure labour, parts, materials and supplier charges have been correctly recorded, identify anything that may have been missed, and ensure invoices are accurate before they reach the customer.

The role also includes technician timesheet administration, rental invoicing, customer statements and general administrative support.

This is not simply a data-entry position. Attention to detail and the ability to spot when something doesn't look right are important.

Key responsibilities

·         Review completed service and repair jobs prior to invoicing

·         Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and promptly

·         Check labour, parts, materials and supplier charges

·         Follow up missing information with Service, Parts and other team members

·         Obtain customer purchase orders where required

·         Manage customer-specific invoicing requirements and online portals

·         Process invoice adjustments following approval

·         Prepare weekly technician timesheet reports

·         Follow up missing or incomplete technician times

·         Assist with rental bookings, Hire POs and rental invoicing

·         Reconcile rental contracts and invoicing

·         Assist with month-end invoicing

·         Prepare and issue customer statements

·         Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation

·         Assist with general administration and customer enquiries as required

About you

·         Previous experience in invoicing, accounts administration or a similar role

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Comfortable working with numbers and checking financial information

·         Organised and able to manage competing priorities

·         Confident following up missing information

·         Clear and professional communication skills

·         Works well as part of a team and takes ownership of their work

·         Comfortable learning and using business software

·         Good general computer skills

Experience with Xero would be highly regarded. Experience with Ostendo or similar ERP/service management software would be an advantage, but training can be provided.

Experience within automotive, mechanical, equipment hire, service or a trade-based business would also be advantageous, but isn't essential.

What we offer

·         Full-time permanent position

·         Established Australian business operating since 1981

·         Supportive, down-to-earth team

·         Varied role with genuine responsibility

·         Training and support during the transition into the position

·         Opportunity to work across different areas of the business

·         Stable position within our Albury operation

The opportunity

With our current team member retiring at the end of the year, we have the opportunity to provide a proper handover and training period to the successful applicant.

That means you won't simply be dropped into the position - you'll have time to learn our systems, customers and processes from someone who knows the role.

If you're an experienced administrator who enjoys getting the details right, working with a good team and taking ownership of your work, we'd like to hear from you.

Other offers great for you!
