Invoicing Associate

This is a high-ownership role requiring strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and effective communication with B2B clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2B invoicing and Accounts Receivables processes for corporate clients.
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices and bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed commercial terms.
• Reconcile invoices, bills, payments, and outstanding receivables to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Create and maintain PO-based invoices while verifying approvals and PO numbers before processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of invoices, payments, receivables, and client account information.
• Coordinate with B2B clients and vendors throughout the payment and invoicing cycle.
• Handle and resolve client/vendor queries related to invoices, payments, billing discrepancies, and outstanding amounts.
• Perform regular account reconciliation and maintain proper documentation and records.
• Prepare MIS, reports, and analysis related to invoicing, receivables, collections, and outstanding payments.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and ensure timely resolution.

Education & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Finance specialization preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivables and B2B Invoicing.
• Prior experience working with B2B/corporate clients is mandatory.
• Strong experience in invoice processing, reconciliation, billing, and payment follow-ups.
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency is mandatory, including working with large datasets, formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
