Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing procedures, BIR compliance, and basic accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks and accounting software.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
