Job Title: Inventory & Invoicing Clerk (Hindi Speaking)
Job Description:
We are looking for an Inventory and Invoicing Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Update stock levels and quantities for spare parts.
- Create standard customer invoices, quotations, and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate digital records of inventory incoming and outgoing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Language: Must speak fluent Hindi and English to communicate with the team.
- Nationalities Preferred: Open to Nepal, Sri Lanka, or Philippines nationals ( we cannot process Indian or Pakistani visas at this time).
- Basic computer skills (Excel or invoicing software).
