機場客戶服務主任 | Airport Customer Service Officer

工作職責 | Responsibilities

• 協助機場旅客並提供優質客戶服務，介紹機場設施並解答旅客查詢。 Provide high-quality customer service to airport passengers, assist them with airport facilities, and handle enquiries.
• 協助管理機場客運大樓旅客服務櫃檯的日常運作。 Assist in managing the daily operations of customer service counters in the Passenger Terminal Building.
• 執行由機場管理局指派的任何其他客戶服務工作。 Execute any other duties and ad-hoc customer service tasks assigned by the Airport Authority.
• 需要24小時輪班工作，包括通宵班。 Required to work on a 24-hour shift roster, including overnight shifts.

入職要求 | Requirements

1. 學歷及工作經驗 | Education & Experience

• 大學畢業生： 歡迎大學學位持有人及應屆畢業生。 Degree Holders: Degree holders and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 副學士 / 高級文憑： 具備最少兩年相關工作經驗。 Associate Degree / Higher Diploma: Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
• 中學程度： 具備至少四年相關工作經驗。 Secondary Education: Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience.

2. 專業資格及技能 | Professional Skills

• 優先考慮： 曾在旅遊熱點、高人流環境具備前線客戶服務經驗或有機場工作經驗者更具優勢。 Advantages: Prior frontline customer service experience in tourist hotspots, high-traffic environments, or aviation/airport settings is highly preferred.

3. 個人特質及語言能力 | Language & Attributes

• 工作態度： 性格愉快，待人親切友善，具備良好的服務態度。 Attitude: Cheerful personality, warm, friendly, and possesses a strong service-oriented mindset.

• 語文能力：

  • 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
  • 流利的中文聽說讀寫能力，包括普通話。

• Languages:

  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, including Mandarin
