IO Engineering Consultant - Tanium | Endpoint & Windows Administration

Location: Muntinlupa (Preferred); Open also to QC, Cebu, and Davao
Work Setup: Hybrid - 5 days a month RTO
Shift Schedule: Graveyard shift; Quarterly rotational shifts

About the Role

We are lookinglooking for an experienced IO Engineering Consultant to support enterprise endpoint management, Windows administration, patch management, and vulnerability remediation using Tanium and related endpoint management technologies.

You will play a key role in maintaining secure, compliant, and high-performing endpoint environments while collaborating with infrastructure and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Tanium modules including Patch, Deploy, Asset, and Threat Response.
• Execute enterprise-wide patch management activities to maintain endpoint security and compliance.
• Monitor patch deployment cycles and resolve deployment issues.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation using Tanium and integrated security tools.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation workflows.
• Generate compliance, security, and operational reports.
• Design, build, and maintain Windows endpoint configurations and system images.
• Manage Windows operating system upgrades, deployments, and lifecycle management.
• Package, deploy, and update enterprise software.
• Troubleshoot complex operating system, application, and hardware issues.
• Apply security patches and mitigation strategies proactively.
• Collaborate with security teams to resolve endpoint vulnerabilities and incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions to improve endpoint stability.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Windows administration, desktop engineering, or endpoint management.
• 7–10 years of experience in enterprise patch management is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tanium (Patch, Deploy, Asset, Threat Response).
• Experience with SCCM/MECM, Intune, or other endpoint management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Administration and Desktop Engineering.
• Experience in vulnerability remediation and endpoint compliance.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Understanding of endpoint security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
