Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C within Xcode environment.
• Implement user interfaces following best practices in iOS UI/UX design and ensure consistency across devices.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs, including RESTful web services, to enable rich app functionalities.
• Conduct thorough unit testing and participate in test-driven development to guarantee high-quality code.
• Optimize application performance through multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning techniques.
• Manage the entire application lifecycle from development through submission to the Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers using Agile methodologies like Scrum to deliver features iteratively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in iOS app development using Swift and Objective-C with a strong understanding of iOS SDKs.
• Familiarity with Xcode IDE, version control systems such as GitHub or SVN, and continuous integration tools like Jenkins or CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of design patterns (MVC), RESTful APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and networking protocols for mobile applications.
• Experience with testing frameworks for iOS development testing, including unit testing and UI testing practices.
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile software development processes, and managing Apple App Store submission process.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash (Unix shell) or Shell Scripting for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of databases like SQLite or MySQL for local data storage solutions; NoSQL databases experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Xamarin is advantageous but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on debugging and troubleshooting complex issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $131,602.11 - $158,488.56 per year
