IoT & Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Development

• Design and develop electrical, electronic, sensor, and transducer hardware systems.
• Develop and optimize control systems using PLC, HMI, Arduino, and other automation platforms.
• Design user-friendly User Interfaces (UI/UX) and operational dashboards for industrial applications.
• Design and implement industrial communication networks and IoT connectivity solutions.
• Develop database architectures for IoT devices, data collection, and storage systems.
• Analyze data and support predictive analytics, Machine Learning, and AI-driven applications.

Project Implementation & Site Management

• Plan, manage, and oversee installation projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, and resources across multiple disciplines.
• Supervise hardware and software installation activities on-site.
• Inspect electrical wiring, control panels, sensors, and system integration to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution and commissioning.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Research and evaluate emerging technologies in automation, robotics, AI, and Industrial IoT.
• Drive innovation initiatives to improve machine performance, operational efficiency, and manufacturing productivity.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, IT, Maintenance, and Quality departments.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or related fields.

Requirements

• Male, age 23-27 years old.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control circuits, sensors, motors, and industrial automation.
• Hands-on experience in programming control systems such as PLC, HMI, Arduino, or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols is an advantage.
• Passionate about technology, innovation, and experimenting with new solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with the capability to coordinate effectively across departments.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
