Iot Engineer / Embedded Systems Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded systems and firmware for IoT devices.
• Integrate and configure sensors, microcontrollers, and peripheral devices.
• Develop low-level firmware using C/C++ and embedded programming techniques.
• Work with microcontrollers and platforms such as ARM Cortex-M, STM32, ESP32, or similar.
• Implement communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, and MQTT.
• Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, troubleshooting, and firmware optimization.
• Develop and test sensor drivers, data acquisition modules, and device interfaces.
• Work with RTOS-based embedded applications and real-time systems.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and cloud teams to deliver end-to-end IoT solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, validation, and performance optimization.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in IoT, embedded systems, or firmware engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Embedded C/C++.
• Experience in sensor integration, interfacing, calibration, and data acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of firmware development, debugging, and optimization.
• Experience with microcontrollers, embedded hardware, and peripheral interfaces.
• Good understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, BLE, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience with RTOS, device drivers, and hardware-software integration.
• Familiarity with debugging tools such as JTAG/SWD, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
