IP Analyst - Docketing

• Develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of intellectual property office rules and procedures.

• Continuously maintains an accurate and update-to-date docket within a docketing database.

• Creates and maintains files within a database that documents prosecution history for an intellectual property matter, including unfilled matters, file intake and file transfers.

• Adhere to quality process guidelines.

• Responsible for assisting with developing, documenting, and maintaining up-to-date client specific processes and procedures.

• Responsible for Deadline Management.

• Responsible for documenting/tracking daily work, and providing data regarding the same to the Team Manager.

• Performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Any bachelors degree.
• 1-2 year experience in IPR (Docketing) can apply.
