IP Billing Executive

• Handle end-to-end inpatient (IP) billing and discharge billing processes.
• Prepare and verify patient bills, ensuring accuracy of charges and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with insurance/TPA teams for approvals, claims, and billing-related queries.
• Review patient accounts, tariffs, packages, discounts, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments for accurate billing.
• Follow up on pending approvals, payments, and billing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and support reconciliation of billing and collection reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
2. 2–5 years of experience in IP billing, preferably in a hospital/healthcare environment.
3. Good knowledge of hospital billing procedures and insurance processes.
4. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
5. Good communication and coordination skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hospital information systems is an advantage.
7. UAE healthcare experience will be an added advantage.
