IP Counsel

岗位职责

• 支持各类知识产权交易，包括IP尽调和合同审阅；

- 负责专利检索、分析、预警和监控；

- 负责专利申请、布局和维护；

- 公司交办的其他工作。

岗位要求

-  硕士及以上学历，化学相关专业；

-  6年以上专业领域工作经验；

-  良好的英文水平，具备英文口语交流的能力，有海外学习工作背景的优先考虑；

-  通过中国专利代理人考试和/或法律职业资格考试。

Job Description: IP Counsel

Responsibility:

-        Support various types of IP transactions, including conducting/responding to IP due diligence, contract drafting, review & negotiation

-        Conduct various types of patent search & analysis, including patentability, FTO and invalidity search and analysis

-        Prosecute and manage patent portfolio

-        Provide IP training and counselling to business teams

-        Other assignment as appropriate

Requirement:

-        Advanced degree in chemistry and the like

-        At least 6 years of relevant work experience

-        Chinese Patent Bar, Chinese Legal Bar preferred

-        Understanding of global biopharmaceutical patent law and regulation

-        Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and strong understanding of drug discovery, development, manufacturing and commercialization
