- Draft, file, and prosecute patents for new products, processes, and technologies to protect company's innovations.
- Conduct thorough searches to identify existing patents and trademarks related to similar products or services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for IP protection and enforcement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in IP management, patent drafting, prosecution, or litigation.
- Strong understanding of copyright, patent search techniques, and intellectual property rights (IPR).
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
