IP Network Support Engineer (Enterprise Network)

About the Role

You will design, deploy, and support large-scale enterprise network systems, working directly with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise network solutions: Backbone, Metro, WAN, SRv6, and DCN.
• Provide post-sales technical support, including design consulting, deployment, and migration.
• Install, configure, commission, and troubleshoot network equipment (routers, switches, centralized network management and control platforms, etc.).
• Design solutions, deploy, and migrate services based on OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP.
• Help enterprise customers with incident response, problem resolution, and performance tuning.
• Work with R&D and global technical support teams to resolve complex issues and give feedback for product improvements.
• Run training sessions and workshops, and transfer knowledge to customers and partners.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents, including design guides, operation manuals, and change records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise networking or security solutions.
• Solid knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, and network security.
• Strong command of core IP routing protocols: OSPF, IS-IS, and BGP.
• Familiarity with network automation and SDN platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and identify root causes.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to adapt quickly to change and handle multiple time-critical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel when needed.
