Responsibilities Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inpatient department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Coordinate with medical and nursing staff to facilitate smooth patient admission and discharge processes.
• Implement and monitor departmental policies and procedures to align with hospital standards and regulations.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and supplies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by patients, families, or staff promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care and improve service quality.
• Conduct regular audits and prepare reports to assess departmental performance and identify improvement areas.
• Lead and mentor the inpatient administrative team, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the inpatient department.
• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance patient experience and departmental growth.
