IP Recordals Analyst (Entry level)

We are looking for a Service Operations IP Analyst to join our Recordals team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to work on tasks related to the end-to-end Recordals process, inclusive of all IP types. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

What will you be doing in this role?

• Manage the timely receipt, distribution, and dispatch of legal and intellectual property documentation, ensuring accurate handling of correspondence with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate physical and electronic document workflows, including scanning, printing, filing, and maintaining records to support IP recordal activities and operational processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for incoming documentation, proactively communicating with internal teams to ensure documents are processed efficiently and according to established procedures.
• Support the preparation, execution, certification, and delivery of official documentation, including liaison with external institutions such as notaries, couriers, and government authorities when required.
• Contribute to the smooth running of office-based IP operations by ensuring documentation, records, and correspondence are managed accurately, securely, and within required deadlines.

About the Team

IP Recordals is global, high functioning team that has 60+ people across Serbia and India. The role will involve working closely with our global team members to ensure the delivery of information and completion of tasks whilst working alongside other internal teams.  The team in Belgrade consists of 30 people and is reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Operations.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone. This is a fully on-site position, and you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office.
