Must-Haves :
*IP&R experience is non-negotiable — minimum ~3–4 years in IP&R specifically. *Overall experience: ideally 7+ years; client would like to see up to 10 years. *Recent IP&R experience preferred, but a candidate with 1 year of recent IP&R experience plus 2–3 years of similar experience further back could still be considered — full continuous 3 years not mandatory.
