IPC Staff

About the role

This is an In Process Control (IPC)/Quality Control (QC) position in a Food & Beverage/FMCG manufacturing environment. You will monitor critical parameters during production processes and ensure compliance with GMP/CPPOB standards and SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor critical parameters during production processes (Mixing, Filling/primary packaging, secondary packaging)
• Conduct periodic checks according to SOP-defined frequencies (for example, every 30 minutes to 1 hour)
• Stop or hold processes if parameters deviate from established limits
• Perform sampling of materials/products and parameter inspection according to standards
• Record and document IPC results at each production stage
• Report non-conformities (deviations/non-conformity) and coordinate with relevant teams
• Ensure implementation of SOP, GMP/CPPOB, hygiene and sanitation in the production area

About you

• Minimum SMK qualification, preferably in Industrial Pharmacy or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in IPC/QC position in manufacturing industry (Food & Beverage/FMCG)
• Understanding of In Process Control, GMP/CPPOB and SOP implementation
• Meticulous, disciplined and able to work in a team
• Willing to work shifts and be placed in Sidoarjo
