Role & responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have 10+ years of experience in Medical Coding.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CDI (Clinical Documentation Improvement).
• Strong knowledge of IPDRG and inpatient coding.
• Good understanding of ICD-10-CM/PCS.
• Candidates with a medical/clinical background and IPDRG experience will be preferred.
• Should have good knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in chart review, documentation queries, and DRG validation will be an added advantage.
