Job Title: IPDRG Trainer

Location: Chennai (Work From Office)

Experience: 4+ Years

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Shift: General / Day Shift

Job Description:

• Conduct process and coding training for coding specialists.
• Provide floor support during transition and ramp-up.
• Conduct quality improvement training based on audit findings.
• Prepare presentations, training materials, and assessment content.
• Participate in client calls, meetings, and KT sessions.
• Train coders on US Healthcare systems and coding updates.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of IPDRG Coding experience.
• Experience in Medical Coding and US Healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, DRG/IPDRG.
• Good understanding of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Physiology.
• Mandatory certification: CPC / CCS / COC / AHIMA.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Training, Coaching, Mentoring, or Team Lead experience.Role & responsibilities
