Who This Role Is For

This role is for experienced iPhone repair technicians only.

If you’ve only done basic screen or battery replacements, this is not for you.

We are building a high-volume, precision repair operation, and we expect speed, accuracy, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for end-to-end iPhone refurbishment, including:

• Full device diagnostics and testing
• Complete disassembly and reassembly
• Full housing replacement (frame + back)
• Battery replacement (high volume)
• Camera replacement + pairing / programming
• Front glass refurbishment (laser / OCA / lamination process)
• Component-level troubleshooting
• Maintaining ESD-safe working standards
• Following structured assembly-line workflow
• Meeting daily production targets

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)

You must have hands-on experience with:

• iPhone models (especially iPhone 11–15 series)
• Full teardown & rebuild (not just basic repairs)
• Camera module pairing / programming tools
• Micro-soldering (preferred / strong advantage)
• Front glass repair (laser separation, OCA, lamination)
• Diagnosing faults (not guessing, actual troubleshooting)
• Working in a high-volume repair environment

Performance Expectations

• Ability to complete multiple full repairs per day
• Work efficiently in a station-based production line
• Maintain low error / rework rate
• Deliver consistent quality under pressure

• You only have basic repair experience
• You’ve never worked in a structured repair environment
• You cannot handle repetitive, high-speed workflows
• You rely on trial-and-error instead of proper diagnosis
