该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容： 1. 牵头落实所辖业务线FCST产能测算，完成人力、机台、一阶Tooling等资源的具体需求核算与日常调配。 2. 定期开展产能盘点，分析需求与实际产出的差异，输出可落地的缺口补全方案并推动执行。 3. 编制对应板块的产能投资方案，跟进项目从评审到投产的全流程落地，保障项目按期达标。 4. 主导新产品量产前的现场产能筹备，快速处置生产过程中的各类产能异常，保障产线平稳运行。 5. 组织跨部门协同推进所辖区域的产能改善项目，完成年度产能利用率与效率提升指标。 任职资格： 1. 5年以上半导体行业生产计划管理相关工作经验； 2. 具备良好的心理素质及抗压能力；
