IPQA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead IPQA activities to ensure in-process quality controls and inspection requirements are effectively implemented and maintained.
• Monitor critical process parameters, quality trends and production abnormalities to identify risks and prevent defects from progressing to subsequent processes.
• Manage quality containment, NCMR, traceability and disposition of non-conforming products, ensuring timely corrective action.
• Collaborate with Process, Production and Quality teams to conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain IPQA procedures and ISO requirements while supporting quality projects, process controls and initiatives to improve product quality and prevent recurrence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in similar field would be of advantage
• Proficient in quality analysis tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, RCA would be preferred
