Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and company policies in the IPQA department.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, review, and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to documentation, testing, and release of pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality, stability, and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines and regulations.
- Ability to develop accurate documents such as protocols, reports, and records according to established standards.
