Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day Quality Assurance activities.
• Perform IPQA activities at all stages of manufacturing and packing.
• Provide line clearance for dispensing, manufacturing, and packing operations.
• Conduct routine in-process checks and sampling during manufacturing and packing.
• Review manufacturing, packing, and analytical documents prior to batch release.
• Carry out terminal inspection during batch packing.
• Perform shipper verification during product dispatch.
• Provide QA oversight for material movement from warehouse to production.
• Review area logbooks and documents for accuracy, adequacy, and completeness.
• Execute process validation, cleaning validation, equipment qualification & re-qualification.
• Ensure execution of validation and calibration activities for equipment and utilities.
• Prepare and revise QA SOPs.
• Compile APQR within defined timelines.
• Handle issuance and retrieval of BMR/BPR, formats, and logbooks.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by HOD.
