What they need
Role & responsibilities
In process Quality monitoring.
On time FG Release in SAP and FG clearance during online operation on shop floor.
Control sample keeping and maintain their records.
Timely indent of IPQA documents.
Daily Quality meet on shop floor.
Preparation of Export products packing instructions.
Preparation of CTQ/CCP and weight sheet of all products on shop floor.
Preparation of Terminal inspection and preparation of NPD products AOQL format as per Defect classification.
Online problem solving during operation.
Verification and maintain records of all kaizen on shop floor.
WIP bulk analysis in Night shift.
Cost of Poor Quality reduction:-Online problem solving & improve system to minimize rework & wastage %
To check the Line clearance and given approval.
Batch coding verification and given approval of batch coding as per guideline.
Knowledge about PCRO and Legal metrology norms
Ensure GMP and hygiene on shop floor during operation.
To receive job instructions from the reporting authority and follow them timely.
