IPQA Technician (Metrology)

Key Responsibilities

1.     Perform routine calibration and maintenance of measurement instruments and equipment used in quality assurance processes.

2.     Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment to minimize downtime and ensure accurate measurements.

3.     Assist in training staff on proper use and maintenance of measurement equipment.

4.     Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the metrology program.

5.     Collaborate with QA personnel to develop and implement calibration schedules and procedures.

6.     Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

7.     Assist in the development and improvement of metrology processes and practices.

Education, Qualification RequirementsDiploma in Science or Engineering

Working Experience Requirements

1.     2-5 years’ experience in PCB/Semiconductor industries.

2.     Experience in QAQC or Metrology Technician Role

3.      Proficiency in using various measurement tools and equipment.
