IPQC Engineer/Junior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• knowledge on Basic electronic components and drawing verification.
• knowledge on Quality tools like 7QC, SPC,MSA,DMAIC.
• Experience in FATP and SMT process.
• knowledge on power electronic & circuits.
• Experience on 5WHY analysis , CAPA ,8D.
• Experience in Control plan & PFMEA & PFC.
• Handling the in-process audit as per the process flow.
• Handling the rejection control and process deviations handling.
• Ensure 4M management and handling on line.
• Ensure CTQ & CTP stages activities.
• Ensure line tools & equipment validation/Calibrations.
• Ensure the shop floor Temperature & 6S conditions.
• Ensure market complaints action plans and monitoring.
• Involve CFT and conduct meeting internally for process improvements.
• Involve internal and external audits.
• Handle the Inspection (OBA & PDI )and sampling plan as per change.
• Ensure internal team training and evaluation.
