Job Description

SR4IPR Partners is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. The candidate should have basic knowledge of legal/IPR work and be comfortable working on computers and handling documents and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining legal and IPR-related documents.
• Manage client records, files, and case-related information.
• Perform basic data entry and documentation work.
• Maintain records and deadlines using MS Excel.
• Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with clients and internal team members.
• Support patent, trademark, copyright, and other IPR-related administrative work.
• Handle emails, online portals, and basic computer-based tasks.
• Ensure documents and records are properly organized and updated.

Required Skills

• Basic English communication is required.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and email communication.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn IPR and legal processes.

Education

Graduate in any relevant field. Candidates with a legal background or experience in an IP/Legal firm will be preferred.
