  • Monitor production and hardware delivery schedules to ensure alignment with customer and program milestones.
  • Support RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with quality and manufacturing teams to support first-time yield improvement and reduction of recurring issues.
  • Maintain a high level of urgency, accountability, and customer focus in support of aerospace production operations.
  • Drive closure of open technical and operational issues within required timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, quality, project engineering, or IPT leadership roles.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional aerospace production or engineering programs.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality processes, and engineering coordination.
  • Experience managing action items, schedules, risks, and technical deliverables within a project-driven environment.
  • Ability to lead discussions and coordinate across multiple functional organizations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface directly with customers and leadership teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • U.S. Citizenship required due to program requirements.
  • Ability to work onsite in Middletown, CT.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Quality Notification (QN) processes within aerospace or defense environments.
  • Familiarity with dispositioning, non-conformance management, MRB processes, and production issue resolution.
  • Experience in an IPT Lead, Project Engineer, or Manufacturing Program Lead capacity.
  • Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and regulated manufacturing environments.
