What they need
· Graduate of any 2-year technical course or any engineering course.
· With at least 1 year of experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
· Knowledgeable in raw materials and FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) manufacturing processes.
· Knowledgeable in problem-solving tools and such methodologies as 8D, FMEA, SPC, OCAP, and the 7 QC Tools.
· Familiar with Quality Control systems, standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Possesses strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
· Able to communicate effectively and clearly with all levels of the organization.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
