1. Job Objective

To ensure the quality of all incoming raw materials, electronic components, and electrical parts used in LED light manufacturing by conducting inspections, verifying specifications, maintaining quality records, and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, LED components, electronic parts, PCB assemblies, drivers, wires, connectors, and other electrical components.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, approved samples, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and electrical inspections as applicable.
• Check the quality of LED chips, LED PCBs, drivers, aluminium housings, plastic components, and other materials used in LED light manufacturing.
• Identify, segregate, and report rejected or non-conforming materials.
• Prepare and maintain IQC inspection reports, rejection reports, and incoming material quality records.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure proper identification and segregation of accepted, rejected, and materials awaiting inspection.
• Support supplier quality evaluation and corrective and preventive action (CAPA).
• Maintain inspection standards, checklists, and quality documentation.
• Monitor recurring material defects and recommend corrective actions to prevent production problems.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and applicable product specifications.

3. Required Skills

• Good knowledge of incoming quality control procedures in LED lighting or electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, component specifications, and technical datasheets.
• Knowledge of basic electrical testing instruments, multimeters, and inspection tools.
• Familiarity with LED drivers, PCBs, electronic components, and electrical parts.
• Good observation, problem-solving, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and quality report preparation.

4. Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the IQC Section of an LED Lights Manufacturing or Electronics Industry.
• Candidates should have practical knowledge of incoming material inspection and rejection handling.
• Candidates must be willing to work from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM.

5. Compensation

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000, depending on relevant experience, technical knowledge, and interview performance.
