Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive rope access training to students, ensuring adherence to IRATA guidelines and safety standards.
• Conduct practical and theoretical sessions, including hands-on exercises and safety drills.
• Supervise and assess trainees performance to ensure they meet IRATA Level 3 certification standards.
• Provide guidance on best practices for rope access techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use.
• Maintain training equipment and ensure all tools and materials are up to date and in good working condition.
• Ensure compliance with both Elite Offshore and IRATA's safety policies and standards.
• Assist in the development of training programs and updates in line with industry advancements.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid IRATA Level 3 certification with proven experience in rope access work.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Level 3 Rope Access Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of rope access equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and instructional skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a training team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality in training delivery.
