· Safety & Waste: Manage biohazardous waste disposal and product quarantines.

· Process Improvement: Document corrective actions for non-conforming events and update testing SOPs.

Leadership, Training & Team Environment

· Staff Training: Train staff on SOPs, instruments, and workflows, and maintain all training and competency records.

· Team Culture: Model the company's core values to foster a positive, ethical, and collaborative team environment.

· Strategic Planning: Participate in staff meetings, task forces, and the implementation of operational changes.

Equipment & Inventory Management

· Equipment Maintenance: Perform and document routine preventive maintenance (PM) on all lab instrumentation.

· Inventory Control: Manage supplies, evaluate standing orders, and ensure reagents are properly rotated and unexpired.
