Ironworker – Industrial Projects - EU residents only

Ready to work on challenging industrial projects?

Are you an experienced Ironworker looking for long-term projects in the industrial sector? Do you have experience with installing cable tray systems, Unistrut, supports, and other secondary steelwork? Then InAxtion is looking for you!

As an Ironworker, you will work on a variety of industrial projects within the process industry, petrochemical sector, energy plants, and manufacturing facilities. You will be responsible for measuring, assembling, and installing cable tray systems, Unistrut, supports, and other steelwork. You will work independently from technical drawings and ensure that installations are safely and correctly assembled.

Your responsibilities

• Measuring, assembling, and installing cable tray systems.
• Installing Unistrut systems, brackets, supports, and mounting structures.
• Performing primary and secondary steelwork activities.
• Measuring and positioning supports and cable tray routes.
• Working independently from technical drawings and project specifications.
• Drilling, cutting, grinding, and fitting steel components where required.
• Installing and securing supports for cables, cable trays, and other installations.
• Assisting with cable pulling and other installation activities when required.
• Performing general mechanical work and supporting other trades on site.
• Keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Working in accordance with safety regulations and industrial standards.

What we are looking for

• Technical education or relevant practical experience in industrial installation, ironwork, steelwork, or a related field.
• Experience with installing cable trays, Unistrut, supports, or similar systems.
• Experience working in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work independently from technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Practical and hands-on attitude.
• VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
• Willingness to perform different types of practical installation work on site.
