NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED FIELD WELDER / IRONWORKER

PAY: $28.00–$32.00 PER HOUR DOE
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Overtime Expected

Front Range Industrial is a locally based steel fabrication and erection company in Frederick, Colorado. We specialize in a wide range of commercial and industrial steel work, including stairs, railings, structural beams and columns, RTU frames, and plant maintenance.

We are looking for mature, experienced, dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and proven experience in the steel and iron working industry. Candidates must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision, as well as working effectively as part of a crew.

This position requires hands-on industry experience. It is not an entry-level position.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid, non-restricted driver's license — mandatory.
• 3–5 years of relevant steel, iron working, welding, or erection experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own basic hand tools required for the job.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English for job site communication and safety.
• Must be able to pass the required weld certification tests.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and reliability.

EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS IS A PLUS

• Structural steel erection and installation.
• Stick and MIG welding.
• Stairs, railings, and miscellaneous metals.
• Field fitting, layout, and fabrication.
• Industrial and plant maintenance.

WHAT WE OFFER
