A Few Things Worth Mentioning

You don't need to oversell yourself to work here.

If you're great at connecting steel but still learning layout, that's fine. If you can weld but aren't certified, tell us. If you have a few years of experience and want to keep learning, we'd like to hear from you.

We care more about knowing what you can actually do than hearing what you think we want to hear.

We expect everyone to work safely, put in an honest day's work, and treat their coworkers with respect.

After one conversation and I will be able to tell what your experience is.

We're not looking for perfect resumes. We're looking for dependable people who know their trade and are honest about what they know.
