Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Fresh Graduate in Agricultural Engineering B.Tech Agri Engineering to join our project execution team as an Irrigation Engineer. This entry-level position offers hands-on exposure to softscape development, irrigation design, automatic controller systems, and site supervision across landscape sites in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Assist senior engineers in overseeing day-to-day installation of automatic and manual irrigation systems (drip lines, sprinklers, valves, pumps, and mainline piping).
• Drawing & Design Assistance: Read and interpret CAD irrigation layouts, hydraulic calculations, and shop drawings for site execution.
• Plant & Crop Water Management: Apply principles of agricultural hydrology and plant water requirement calculations to site-specific landscaping needs.
• Material Coordination: Help inspect incoming irrigation supplies, pumps, pipes, and fittings on-site to ensure compliance with material specifications.
• Quality & Testing: Participate in testing, flushing, and commissioning of new irrigation networks, as well as troubleshooting leaks and low-pressure zones.
• Reporting: Prepare daily site activity logs and monitor work progress alongside site foremen and labor crews.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering B.Tech Agri. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Experience: Fresher / 0 to 1 year experience in irrigation systems, softscape maintenance, or outdoor water management.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of hydraulics, soil-water relations, pumping systems, and automatic controller systems.
• Software Skills: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Soft Skills: Eager to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and comfortable working on outdoor site locations.
• Location: Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
