About the role

Martin Brothers is seeking a skilled Irrigation Technician to join our team in Brisbane. This full-time role is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties. As an integral member of our Landscape team, you will play a pivotal part in the growth and in house offering of Martin Brothers.

What you'll be doing

• Install, service, and repair a wide range of irrigation systems, including sprinklers, valves, controllers, and pipes
• Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation system issues, and implement solutions to improve performance
• Provide expert advice to clients on the most suitable irrigation systems and water-saving strategies for their properties
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Collaborate with the broader Landscaping team to coordinate project timelines and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in Horticulture, Irrigation Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Irrigation Technician, with a proven track record of installing, servicing and repairing irrigation systems

• Desire to take on more whether that be design or quoting, we want people who have ambition.

• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve irrigation issues effectively

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and provide tailored recommendations

• A commitment to safety and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
