• Oversee maintenance schedules across multiple client sites
• Direct and guide irrigation technicians, checking quality and holding standards
• Program and optimize controllers for plant needs, season, and water efficiency
• Inspect and maintain pumps, main lines, valves, and controllers
• Manage materials, parts, and tools for the irrigation team
• Report progress and issues to the project manager
• Enforce safe working practices on site

What you bring

• 10+ years in irrigation, with at least 2 in a supervisor or team lead role
• Strong hands-on experience across installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Deep knowledge of drip and sprinkler systems, valves, controllers, and pumps
• Able to read and set out irrigation drawings and layouts
• Skilled at diagnosing and solving complex faults others get stuck on
• Good knowledge of plant water needs in UAE conditions
• Basic electrical knowledge for controllers and pump systems
• Able to lead a team and manage multiple sites
