Irrigation Technician

JWe are looking for an experienced and reliable Irrigation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation.

This is a full-time position with salary plus overtime allowance, with company-provided accommodation and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, inspect, and repair irrigation systems.
• Troubleshoot irrigation system faults, leaks, pressure issues, and control problems.
• Maintain irrigation pipes, valves, pumps, sprinklers, drip systems, controllers, and related equipment.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Identify and repair damaged or malfunctioning irrigation components.
• Adjust irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution and coverage.
• Read and follow irrigation layouts, drawings, and technical instructions.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Report maintenance requirements, system faults, and completed work to the supervisor.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable workplace requirements.
• Perform other irrigation-related duties within the scope of the position.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Irrigation Technician, Irrigation Maintenance Technician, or in a similar irrigation role.
• Practical knowledge of irrigation systems, including sprinklers, drip irrigation, valves, pumps, pipes, and controllers.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve common irrigation system faults.
• Good understanding of irrigation maintenance and installation practices.
• Ability to use basic hand and maintenance tools safely.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks when required.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Relevant technical training or certification is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: Up to AED. 2,200/-
• Overtime allowance: Paid according to company policy and applicable employment requirements.
