️What You’ll Do

As an Irrigation Technician, you’ll be the face of Conserva Irrigation—delivering top-tier service with precision, professionalism, and an educational touch. You will manage your own route in a fully equipped company vehicle, diagnosing and enhancing residential and commercial systems across Northern Charlotte and Lake Norman.

• Diagnose & Repair: Assess and repair a wide range of systems, including valves, manifolds, pumps, and advanced 2-wire technology.
• Efficiency Specialist: Identify system inefficiencies and recommend "smart" upgrades, such as weather-based controllers and drip irrigation, to help clients save water.
• Proposal Master: Use our CRM software and field tablets to build detailed, professional proposals and invoices that ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Educate & Communicate: Clearly explain repair needs and water-saving solutions to clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their landscape.
• Professional Standards: Maintain a clean, professional appearance and keep detailed digital records of every service visit.

What You Bring

• Expertise: At least 1 year of hands-on irrigation experience; proficiency with pumps and 2-wire systems is a major plus.
• Certification: CIT (Certified Irrigation Technician) from the Irrigation Association is an added benefit.
• Communication: Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Drive: A motivated, results-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within the company.
• Basics: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to work independently.
