任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济或相关专业背景
- 具备3年以上财富管理顾问相关工作经验
- 持有保险从业资格证，拥有CFP/AFP/ChFP等专业认证者优先
- 过往业绩优秀，有服务高净值客户成功案例者优先考虑
