Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-Retail Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Retail Master Data, merchandising processes, solution design, and system integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Retail implementation projects and integrating retail systems with POS and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SAP Retail Master Data, including Articles, Hierarchies, Listings, Customers, Suppliers, Sites, and Pricing.
• Support merchandising, assortment planning, and listing management processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and SAP Retail solutions.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP Retail implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Support integrations with POS and e-commerce platforms using SAP CPI, APIs, Kafka, and Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve functional and integration issues.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and solution designs.
• Perform basic technical debugging and support issue resolution.
• Coordinate testing, implementation activities, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP IS-Retail and Retail Master Data .
• Knowledge of Articles, Hierarchies, Listings, Customers, Suppliers, Sites, and Pricing.
• Good understanding of Merchandising, Assortment, and Listing Management.
• Experience in SAP Retail solution design, implementation, and full lifecycle projects.
• Integration experience with POS and e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with SAP CPI, APIs, Kafka, and Azure.
• Strong analytical, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of solution architecture and design principles.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of SAP SD, MM, CRM, MDG, and CAR.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or Active Control.
