ISFT Supervisor

The SFT/ISFT Supervisor will run both Supervised Family Time (SFT) and Intensive Supervised Family Time (ISFT) sessions with families, ensuring high-quality, structured, and supportive supervised visitations between foster children and their biological families. This role focuses on directly facilitating family interactions, maintaining program compliance with regulations, and fostering a safe, therapeutic environment.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, child psychology, or related fields
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• At least one (1) year experience in child welfare
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Supervision:

• Conduct SFT and ISFT sessions, ensuring a supportive and safe environment for family interactions.

Program Implementation:

• Develop and implement session plans and activities that align with organizational standards.
• Monitor session effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

Case Management:

• Review and implement case plans, ensuring they meet the needs of children and families.
• Provide support for complex cases, offering guidance on intervention strategies.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all case activities and interactions.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure program compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Facilitate effective communication between families, staff, and external partners.
• Represent the program in community meetings and forums as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.42 per hour
