Job Summary

We are looking for an Islamic Lead to strengthen the school’s Tarbiyah environment and promote the integration of Islamic values across academic, administrative, and co-curricular activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Islamic values, Tarbiyah, Seerah, and Uswah across the school.
• Provide guidance on Islamic and Shariah-related matters.
• Support the integration of Islamic values into teaching, learning, and school activities.
• Develop and support Tarbiyah programs and staff development initiatives.
• Mentor and guide teachers in promoting Islamic character and values.
• Participate in relevant recruitment processes and provide feedback on candidates’ alignment with Islamic values.
• Ensure school activities and events reflect Islamic values and standards.
• Provide guidance and counselling to students, parents, and staff when required.
• Maintain relevant records and reports and work closely with school leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Sanad from a relevant Madrassah.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic Studies, Shariah, Seerah, and Tarbiyah.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills.
• High integrity, discretion, and commitment to Islamic values.
