ISO 9001/2015 COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain, implement, and monitor the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, work instructions, and quality records are properly maintained and updated.
• Coordinate internal and external ISO audits and follow up on audit findings.
• Monitor non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
• Assist in preparing quality reports and maintaining ISO-related documentation.
• Conduct awareness training for employees on ISO 9001:2015 requirements and quality procedures.
• Monitor compliance with established quality standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure continuous improvement of the QMS.
• Perform other quality management duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in ISO 9001:2015 implementation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience in internal audits, document control, corrective actions, and audit preparation.
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Good documentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently, coordinate with different departments, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
