ISO Compliance Executive

The ISO Compliance Executive will be in charge of assisting with the implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and continuous development of the company's ISO management systems. The position ensures that the company's policies, procedures, processes, documentation, and operations are in accordance with applicable ISO standards, legal and regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and internal requirements.

The role entails working closely with the Management and other departments to ensure that Management Systems are implemented effectively and that they are ready for internal and external audits.

Job Description:

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Company's ISO:

a) ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)

b) ISO 37001:2025 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS)

c) ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Healthy and Safety Management Systems (OHSAS)

d) ISO14001:2026 Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

• Ensure company policies, procedures, processes, and documentation comply with the applicable ISO standards, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support internal and external ISO audits, including audit preparation, documentation, auditor coordination, follow-up, and closure of audit findings.
• Prepare, review, updated and control ISO policies, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, forms, and related documents.
• Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, consultants, regulators, and relevant stakeholders on ISO and complicance matters.
• Promote awareness and effective implementation of the Company's Management Systems across all departments and project sites.
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement and recommend appropriate actions to Management.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in ISO compliance management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Compliance, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience in reviewing ISO Management System documents.
• Experience in coordinating and participating in internal and external ISO audits, including audit preparation, documentation, follow-up, and closure of audit findings.
• Prepare, review, update and control ISO policies, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, forms, and related documents.
• Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, consultants, regulators, and relevant stakeholders on ISO and compliance matters.
• Promote awareness and effective implementation of the Company's Management Systems across all departments and project sites.
