ISO Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

1. Control, prepare, revise, review, approve, distribute, and withdraw documents in accordance with the document control procedures under the Integrated Management System (IMS).
2. Prepare and maintain the Master Document List (MDL) and ensure the proper revision and control of documents, including Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions, Policies, Forms, and Checklists.
3. Control document numbering and Version Control, and maintain both electronic records and original hard-copy documents.
4. Coordinate with the Singapore Head Office regarding the preparation, revision, and control of documents in both Thai and English.
5. Support Internal Audits and External Audits / Certification Audits conducted by external certification bodies.
6. Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or other related fields.
2. At least 1 year of experience in Document Control, ISO, Quality Management, or a related field.
3. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
4. Good command of English, with the ability to communicate and prepare documents in English.
5. Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills, and able to work effectively with international teams.
6. Willingness to travel to the Bang Sao Thong factory when required.
