ISO Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-driven and experienced ISO Coordinator to maintain, monitor, and continuously improve our organization’s Integrated Management System (IMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire audit lifecycle—including internal audits, external certification audits, and mandatory surveillance (SURPS) audits—ensuring full compliance with ISO standards and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Management & Coordination:
• Plan, schedule, and execute internal audit programs across all departments and processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external registrars and certification bodies during stage 1/2 audits and annual surveillance (SURPS) audits.
• Facilitate opening/closing meetings, guide auditors through facility tours, and ensure requested documentation is provided promptly.
• Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA):
• Track and manage audit findings (non-conformities, opportunities for improvement, and observations).
• Collaborate with process owners to investigate root causes and implement robust corrective and preventive actions within agreed timelines.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain, update, and control quality manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and records in line with ISO requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 27001).
• Ensure all statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements are continuously integrated into the management system.
• Training & Continuous Improvement:
• Conduct ISO awareness and internal auditor training for employees across various levels of the organization.
• Prepare and present management review meetings, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality objectives to senior leadership.

Pay: ₹10,158.60 - ₹15,000.00 per month
